Street castings and self-tapes, straight into one project.
Show a QR code on the street or send a self-tape link. People fill in a short form on their phone, and their photos, tapes and answers land in your casting, one folder per person. Your client chooses their selects in one link.

A casting office today sends its questionnaire from a form tool, collects the photos and tapes somewhere else, and moves the answers across by hand. Here the link, the form, the files and the client's selects are one casting project.
Street-casting links
A QR code to show on the street, or a short link to send. Anyone can fill it in on their own phone, or you fill it in for them.
Self-tape links
Set the role, the instructions, the sides, the slate and the deadline. Talent or their agent sends takes, photos and answers, and an agent can send several people with one link. People you invite get a reminder before the deadline, and the link closes itself when it passes.
In studio links
One QR code for the waiting room, shared by all roles. Each person gets a check-in number on their phone, and it starts their folder name. A casting over several days gets a link per day, and the numbers carry on. Drop camera files named with the number on Submissions and each goes into that person's folder.
Your own questionnaire
Start from Street casting, In studio or Self-tape, in English, Spanish or Catalan, and add your own questions to each link: short or long answers, choices, yes or no, dates, numbers, photos, videos and files.
Upload links and an uploader role
Send an upload link to a scout, a photographer or an agent, and give team members a role that only uploads. On every other PrePro Selects plan, only the workspace's admins upload.
One folder per person
Each person arrives with their photos, tapes and answers in their own folder, filed by role, age, gender or city.
Your client chooses
The casting opens as a gallery behind a login. Your client likes, votes and comments, and you get their selects, the Selects report and a sheet export, as on every PrePro Selects plan.

Choose the project the uploads go to and add your own questions. Then show the QR code on the street, or email the self-tape link to talent and agents.

A short form, their photos and their tapes. No account and nothing to install. Under-18s apply with a parent or guardian.

Light files, on every upload.
Phone tapes arrive in 4K and run to hundreds of megabytes. On the casting accounts, every photo and video is compressed when it arrives: video to 1080p with the sound kept clear, photos to 2560 pixels on the long side. Once the compressed copy has passed its checks, the original is deleted. If a check fails, the original stays.
Your storage is counted after compression, and the compressed copy of a photo carries no location data.
Measured with typical phone files: a street-casting profile (three photos and a short video) comes to about 12 MB once compressed, and a self-tape profile (two takes and two photos) to about 55 MB from a 1080p phone, 95 MB from 4K.
Private by default.
A casting holds personal data about people who never signed up to anything, so it does not stay for ever. A casting is deleted 60 days after you create it.

Each reminder names the casting, how many files and people it holds, and the date, with two buttons: Download everything and Keep 14 more days. You can keep a casting 14 more days once, at no cost. After that the date is final.
Castings made before 22 October 2026 keep the date they already have. Everything is hosted in the EU.
The casting accounts
Three accounts, only for casting directors. Casting Director Essential is for one casting director working alone. Casting Director adds more storage, storage packs and team seats. Casting Director Personalized is Casting Director with your pages styled to your look by our team. Storage is counted after compression, and each month you can upload as much as your storage in new files. Links, forms, submissions, projects and client logins have no cap. Pay by card, monthly or yearly, and cancel any time. On Casting Director Essential and Casting Director your first week is free: we take your card at checkout, and if you cancel within 7 days you pay nothing. Casting Director Personalized has no free week, because the work starts on day one.

Questions casting directors ask
Do people need an account to apply?
No. They open the link, fill in the form and send their photos and tapes from their phone's browser. Nothing to install. If they give an email, they get a short note when their files arrive.
Can a Solo, Studio or Production workspace use casting links?
No. On every other plan only the workspace's admins upload. Casting links, upload links for anyone outside the team, the uploader role and compression come only with the casting accounts: Casting Director Essential, Casting Director and Casting Director Personalized.
What happens at 60 days?
The casting and its photos, tapes and folders are deleted. You get an email 14, 7 and 1 day before, each with Download everything and Keep 14 more days. You can keep a casting 14 more days once, at no cost.
What do my clients see?
The casting as a gallery behind a login, like every PrePro Selects project. They like, vote and comment, and you see their selects. On a casting, downloads start switched off and pictures carry a watermark.
