What counts as a project?
One job. A campaign, a film, a series of shoot days for the same client.
Inside it you keep as many categories, folders and frames as you need:
locations, cast, wardrobe, references. The plan limit counts active
projects only, so an archived job does not hold a slot.
What happens when a project ends?
Archive it. It stops counting against your plan, the gallery stops taking
new material, and everything stays exactly as the client last saw it. If
the job comes back six months later, unarchive it and the same link works.
Delete it instead and the media is queued for purge and removed from disk.
That one is final, so export first.
Do my clients need an account?
No. You create a username and a password for the project and send them.
Your client opens the link, types them in, and starts marking frames.
Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, no invitation email to chase.
You can give one guest access to a single folder and nothing else.
Is my material private?
Yes. Every gallery sits behind a login. Each request for a file is checked
against that guest's access before a byte is served, so a URL copied out of
one gallery is useless in another. Nothing is listed publicly unless you
switch a project to public yourself.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like: from the billing screen, or by writing to
hello@preproselects.com. The plan runs to the end
of the period you have already paid for. There is no exit call and no
notice period.
If a payment simply fails, galleries keep working and you have ten days
before the workspace stops accepting new material. A billing hiccup never
shows up in front of your client.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Reading outlives writing. Uploads stop first; the galleries and the
originals stay readable while you pull everything down. Take a folder, a
project or everything a client liked as a ZIP, at full resolution, with the
folder names intact.
Tell us before you go and we will keep the workspace open until the export
is finished. Nobody deletes a production's archive on a schedule.
