You pay for the workspace, not for every link you send. Each plan includes a number of client logins: a whole client team can share one, and each person's selects stay separate. Clients open the gallery with a username and a password, on a phone, on set.

Storage is counted after compression, and each month you can upload as much as your storage in new files. Links, forms, submissions, projects and client logins have no cap.
On Casting Director, add storage in packs of +100 GB for €40 a month each, at checkout or later from Billing, up to 20 packs. Each pack also adds 100 GB of new uploads a month.

Every workspace starts on the Free plan, with no card and no time limit. Move up from the app when a job needs the room: pay by card, monthly or yearly, cancel any time.
Uploads stop at your plan's limit, so nobody runs up a bill by dragging in a card of raws. Free holds 1 GB, enough for one location scout. A casting with self-tapes runs to roughly 7.4 GB, so Solo holds two and Studio about ten. Extra storage, a month: Solo +25 GB for €2.49, Studio +25 GB for €2.49, Production +100 GB for €9.99. Write to us and we add it.
A location scout stays exactly as your client last saw it until you delete it. A casting project is deleted 60 days after you create it, because it holds personal data. You get an email 14, 7 and 1 day before, and you can keep it 14 more days once, at no cost. Deleting is final, so export first.
A client login is a username and password you hand to a director, an agency producer or a client. A whole client team can share one, and each person's selects stay separate. Team seats are your own staff. Neither is charged per head beyond the plan.
On Free, Solo, Studio and Production the workspace's owner and admins upload. Upload links for anyone outside the team come with the casting accounts.
One job. A campaign, a film, a series of shoot days for the same client. Inside it you keep as many categories, folders and files as you need: locations, cast, wardrobe, references. The plan limit counts the projects you keep; delete one and its slot is free again.

No. You create a username and a password for the project and send them. Your client opens the link, types them in, and starts marking files. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, no invitation email to chase. You can give one client login access to a single folder and nothing else.
Yes. Every gallery sits behind a login. Each request for a file is checked against that guest's access before a byte is served, so a URL copied out of one gallery is useless in another. Nothing is listed publicly. Castings are watermarked on every plan.
Yes, whenever you like: from the billing screen, or by writing to admin@preproselects.com. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no exit call and no notice period.
If a payment fails, galleries keep working and you have ten days before the workspace stops accepting new material. Your client never sees a payment problem.
Uploads stop first. Your galleries and originals stay readable while you download everything, as ZIPs at full resolution under the names you uploaded.
The workspace and all its files are deleted 30 days after the plan ends. We email you a week before, and if you need more time for the export, just tell us.
Prices exclude VAT and other taxes. Checkout works out any tax from your billing country and VAT number, and shows it before you pay.
You can also pay in US dollars: Solo $21, Studio $69 and Production $179 a month, or $219, $699 and $1,799 a year. Choose the currency with the € / $ switch at the top of the page, and you are billed in it every time.
You can also pay in pounds sterling: Solo £16, Studio £55 and Production £129 a month, or £159, £549 and £1,299 a year. Choose the currency with the switch at the top of the page, and you are billed in it every time.
Paying for the year costs less than paying month to month: Solo €189, Studio €619 and Production €1,500 a year. Invoices are issued per workspace and are available to download at any time.
Casting Director Essential is €69 a month or €690 a year ($79 or $799). The Casting Director account is €150 a month or €1,500 a year ($169 or $1,699), and each +100 GB storage pack is €40 a month ($45). Casting Director Personalized is €249 a month or €2,490 a year ($279 or $2,799), plus €490 ($549) once for the build; extra design work is €60 ($69) an hour.
